GETTING VISUAL

Last week the opportunity arose to go and do some work with Age Concern UK.
My job was to go and give their windows some much needed love and attention.
Monday I went down to the St Clements shop in Oxford to get knee deep in some visual merchandising and make a start on their main window.
My main idea for the window was based around the importance of the target audience.
St Clements is an area which is passed by mainly Oxford Brookes Students on their way to the Headington Campus.
The main Art School is also just up the hill so I knew my window had to be visually captivating.
Students love a vintage gem and whats better than a vintage gem... A vintage bargain gem.
Obviously with a Charity Shop I had to let the stock control what I was creating and luckily out the back was some real hidden gems that led to this vintage themed window.
For my first ever window I'm pretty happy and hopefully it will draw in some custom.
I'm now doing their windows every three weeks which is super fantastic experience.

Before I got my hands on it.

And After
