TOPSHOP UNIQUE AW12

Topshop Unique not only had the coolest of cool sitting in the front row but probably one of my favourite collections from fashion week.

The collection was based on bringing uniform to the street so military was a big overall theme for Topshop.

Platform spiked stompy boots, exposed zips,split skirts,80's style puffed sleeves,silk shirts,hand knits and metallics are all things to look out for AW12.

My favourite pieces from Toppers was the Velvet dungarees, the Leather pinafore and the High waisted rusty brass shorts.

TEMPERLEY LONDON AW12

Alice Temperley hit the runway at  London Fashion Week with her outstanding collection of dreamy ornate pieces.
The collection "Renaissance" was said to be inspired by 18th century paintings.

Beautiful floral heavily textured pieces were finished off with Russian style fur hats to increase the winterness within all that colour.

Metallic dresses were also a big feature however they still contained the femininity of Temperley with added ruffles and elegance.

SMUG

After a horrific day at work and to come home to my Uni letter waiting for me I was pretty nervous to say the least, but I did it and got into the Fashion Management and Merchandising Masters.

I'm more than happy, I'm ecstatic to be studying fashion properly and hopefully this will improve my blog and not only that but offer me a chance with my dream job as a merchandiser.

LAZY SUMMER

As usual the Oafers are offering up colour,clash and lashings of fun.

My favourite is the Fast flowers drop waist dress which is going to be bang on for festival season.

THAT DRESS

I suffer quite badly from clothes envy so when my best friend landed this little find of a dress in a vintage warehouse I was full of rage.

 To my joy she listed it on her eBay so not only have I got the dress I loved but she got more money for it from my frantic bidding war.I also have satisfaction knowing she is now able to eat for the week at uni.

Back to the dress, I think its early 90's late 80's with a super cute body con fit and encrusted with jewels and beads.

I love it more than anything in my wardrobe right now and for £30 its a nice little bargain.

I team it with knee high tights and creepers or just tights and pixie boots for a more relaxed look, to be honest the jewels on the dress do all the talking.

EYES

This pay day I decided to treat my eyes to a new pair of specs.

I think they are far too cool for me but I'm pretty in love with them.

In other news I'm a nervous moody wreck waiting to hear about my M.A and I hate this snow.
